Payment
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to a 13% buyer's premium. To make payment arrangements by wire transfer or ACH, please contact our auction office. To arrange cash payment on-site, please contact the Site Manager.
Sales tax
We will automatically apply appropriate state and county sales tax to your purchase unless you supply proper exemption documentation.
Buyer's premium
A 13% buyer's premium (BP) will apply to your purchase. (Example: a $1000 purchase will total $1130 with the BP.)
Removal
All items must be removed by October 11 without exception.
Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer by appointment only. Please contact Auction Coordinator to arrange removal.
