HYPERAMS offers several different asset disposition and auction operating structures to meet the needs of its clients. These include the following:

Asset Purchase

 

In this scenario, HYPERAMS would purchase outright all of the assets and conduct a private sale or auction. All proceeds realized upon sale of the assets would be the property of HYPERAMS; HYPERAMS would be responsible for all expenses incurred. In addition to asset purchase auction structures, HYPERAMS also purchases surplus and return-to-vendor inventory from retailers for resale purposes.

 

Buyers Premium 

​

In this scenario, no commissions would be charged to the client to conduct an auction of the assets. Rather, to gain compensation, HYPERAMS would retain an industry standard Buyer’s Premium, charged to all sale participants, and would be reimbursed for a capped amount of direct expenses, such as marketing and advertising, auction personnel execution, equipment removal, and accounting. This structure typically results in the highest return to the asset owner or secured lender.

 

Minimum Sale Guarantee

In this scenario, HYPERAMS would guarantee that the proceeds of an auction or sale would generate no less than an agreed-upon amount. After the minimum amount is achieved, a certain amount would be retained to cover auction expenses and any fees. Any remaining sale proceeds would be split, with the lion’s share being retained by the client.
