Removal
Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Please contact the Site Manager to schedule an appointment. All equipment MUST be removed by end of business on May 1, unless previous arrangements have been submitted and approved by seller. Same-day removal is permitted once payment has been received and cleared.

Everything in this auction sale is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.” There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.
Payment
All purchases are subject to an 18% buyer’s premium and must be paid in full on the day of the auction (details including payment options will be included on the invoice). Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience / transaction fee.
