Payment must be made within 48 hours of bid acceptance.

An 18% buyer’s premium will be applied to all purchases.

Credit Card payments will be limited to $1,500 or less.

Unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon, all lots must be removed no later than Monday, July 14th.

Asset removal will be by appointment only.

Removal appointment must be made within 3 days after bid acceptance.

A valid certificate of insurance, naming the required additional insured parties, must be provided prior to removal if powered equipment (e.g., forklifts) will be used.
