Removal
Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Please contact either Project Contact to schedule an appointment. All equipment MUST be removed by end of business on January 23, 2025, unless previous arrangements have been submitted and approved by seller. Same-day removal is permitted once payment has been received and cleared.
No Warranties
Everything in this auction sale is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.” There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.
Payment
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to an 18% buyer's premium. To make payment arrangements by wire transfer, please contact our auction office. To arrange cash payment on-site, please contact the Auction Manager. Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (21% with buyer's premium).
