Everything in this auction sale is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.” There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to an 18% buyer's premium. To make payment arrangements by wire transfer or ACH, please contact our auction office. To arrange cash payment on-site, please contact the Site Manager. Please be advised that although required to present a credit card to register with BidSpotter, HyperAMS will not charge your card following the auction. Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (21% with buyer's premium).
We will automatically apply appropriate state and county sales tax to your purchase unless you supply proper exemption documentation.
An industry-standard 18% (online) buyer's premium (BP) will apply to your purchase. (Example: a $100 purchase will total $118 with the BP.)
Arrangements for the removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer by appointment only. This is a working automotive factory, you must have an appointment to pick up and remove your items. Proper insurance must be supplied prior to working, please contact site manager for details and to make removal appointments. Removal is restricted to March 21-28.
