Payment

All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. Please be advised that HyperAMS will not automatically charge your credit card following the auction, however, credit card payments are accepted for invoices up to $5,000 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (21% with buyer's premium). To make make arrangements to pay by wire transfer, company check, or ACH, please contact our auction office.

Sales tax
We will automatically apply appropriate state and county sales tax to your purchase unless you supply proper exemption documentation.

Buyer's premium 

A 15% (online) buyer's premium (BP) will apply to your purchase. (Example: a $1000 purchase will total $1150 with the BP.)

Removal

Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Removal will be by appointment only July 27–August 1, and all equipment must be removed by August 15. All equipment requires the buyer to engage an insured rigger to remove the equipment from the property, and all equipment must be removed no later than August 15.

Removal Notices​

• No forklift is available for removal.

• All lots are to be removed by the buyer and/or their rigger. Auction company will not provide removal assistance or rigging.
