Removal
Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Please contact Site Manager to schedule an appointment. All equipment MUST be removed by January 30th, 2025. This is a hard deadline and no other options are available. If you do not pick your items up by January 30th they will be deemed abandon and the buyer has no recourse to recover the assets or get a refund.
No Warranties
Everything in this auction sale is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.” There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.
Payment
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to an 18% buyer's premium. To make payment arrangements by wire transfer, please contact our auction office. To arrange cash payment on-site, please contact the Auction Manager. Please be advised that although required to present a credit card to register with Proxbid and Equipment Facts, HyperAMS will not charge your card following the auction. Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (21% with buyer's premium).
