Payment
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction, and are subject to an 18% buyer's premium. To make payment arrangements by wire transfer or ACH, please contact our Auction Partner. To arrange cash payment on-site, please contact the Auction Contact. Please be advised that although required to present a credit card to register with BidSpotter, it will not charge your card following the auction. Credit card payments are limited to a certain amount and will incur an additional convenience fee.
Sales Tax
We will automatically apply appropriate state and county sales tax to your purchase unless you supply proper exemption documentation.
Buyer's Premium
An industry-standard 18% (online) buyer's premium (BP) will apply to your purchase. (Example: a $100 purchase will total $118 with the BP.)
Removal
Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Removal will be by appointment only, June 5th, 2024 – June 14th, 2024. Please contact Site Manager to schedule an appointment. All purchases MUST be removed by Friday, June 14th.
