All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the auction and are subject to an 18% buyer's premium. Wire instructions will be included on your invoice. CASH PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please be advised that although required to present a credit card to register with BidSpotter, HyperAMS will not charge your card following the auction. Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (21% with buyer's premium).

Removal
Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer, all riggers or self-removing buyers must supply proper proof of insurance. All equipment MUST be removed by end of business on March 27, 2026, unless previous arrangements have been submitted and approved by seller. Same-day removal is permitted once payment has been received.

Everything in this auction sale is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT RECOURSE.” There are no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or variety, whether expressed, implied or otherwise given.
Payment
