Manju joined the appraisal team at HYPERAMS in 2020. As a financial analyst, Manju supports the appraisal process primarily through data analysis, client communication, and field visits. She prioritizes building relationships with clients to understand how their business processes align to their company story.

Before entering the business world, Manju was a high school math teacher with extensive training in tutoring, facilitating dialogues with diverse groups, and a concentration in racial equity in education. She graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology, a minor in Spanish Studies, and a Master’s in Education. In her free time, Manju likes to visit family and friends and make and view art.
