Kyle joined the HYPERAMS appraisal team in July 2020. His responsibilities will focus with on-site asset inspections of machinery, equipment and similar industrial and commercial assets for identification and analysis purposes.
Kyle has over 20 years of experience in the commercial and industrial auction/appraisal industry. He most recently was responsible for valuations in the public sector, including universities, colleges and hospitals at Duff & Phelps. Prior to public sector work, he started his career in the appraisal industry with Great Lakes Auction and Appraisal, in Milwaukee.
Kyle is a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker and Wisconsin licensed auctioneer. He is also working towards his designations with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), as well as Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA) with the Association of Machinery and Equipment.
