Payment is due by date noted on invoice. Payment methods accepted include cash, cashier's check, company check, or wire transfer. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
An industry-standard 18% BP will apply to your purchase (Example: a $100 purchase will total $118 with the BP)

Do your shirts run small?
Our standard shirt sizes are S,M,L,XL however, we purchase our shirts from several wholesalers, so they may vary in size. Most of our shirts are unisex cut. If you are needing a larger shirt size (2XL+) we do carry those as well, but there is a $5 surcharge for larger sizes.
Can I add a picture to my custom order?
Yes! Absolutely! I prefer a 4x6 photo and non pixelated. This will alow for a better qualtiy image transfer! PLEASE NO SCREENSHOTS!
Can I rush my order?
Yes there will be a rush fee and you will be notified what the fee is via email or phone.
Can I change something on my order?
No, once your order has been placed there is no changes. Please double check your information before you check out.
My package is lost?
The Dream Factory Co provides tracking information for all packages. Once the order has shipped, The Dream Factory Co is no longer responsible for your package. If your package gets lost, please contact the postal provider for further assistance.
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
No, most or all orders will be customized. All sales are final. Once a purchase is made you will not be able to return that item for replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunatley, at this time we do not ship internationally. Check with us at a later date.
How do I care for my glittered tumbler/mug?
Each item is carefully handmade. The glitter is completely sealed and no shedding will occur.
I don't see a design I want in your shop, can you create a custom design for me?
Yes, this is definitely possible. Send us a message with your ideas and we will do our best to create it for you.
Don't panic! Any items damaged in transit needs to be reported to us with 72 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the damaged item and the packaging (this will be used for insurance purposes) A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the damaged item and damaged packaging or 2. the orginal item is sent back to the Dream Factory Co. We will send an exact replacement of the damaged item ONLY.
